1. Promoter:
 

The Boat Shed Bakery is the official promoter of this competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
 

2. Prize:
 

The winner will receive "1 free regular coffee a day for 365 days" at The Boat Shed Bakery. The prize is valid from 17th December 2024 to 17th December 2025. Each daily coffee may be redeemed up to a maximum value of $7.
 

3. Prize Details:
 

• The prize includes one regular coffee per day, redeemable only by the winner.

• Unredeemed coffees do not accumulate or roll over to the next day.

• The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

4. How to Enter:
 

Participants must follow The Boat Shed Bakery's official Instagram account, like the competition post, and tag a friend in the comments. Only one entry per person will be counted.
 

5. Eligibility:
 

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Boat Shed Bakery and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
 

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
 

The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or another winner will be chosen.
 

7. Validity:
 

The prize is valid for redemption only at The Boat Shed Bakery or The Boat Shed Cafe from 17th December 2024 to 17th December 2025. Any unused coffees after this period will be forfeited.
 

8. Additional Terms:
 

• The Boat Shed Bakery reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to allow The Boat Shed Bakery to share their name and image for promotional purposes.
   

9. Limitation of Liability:
 

The Boat Shed Bakery is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical issues, cancellations, or other factors outside its control.
 

10. Acceptance of Terms:
 

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
