Enough about us, here’s a bit about your new role. 
 

Your day will involve:​

​

• Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering service that feels warm, attentive, and well-paced 

• Keeping the dining area and service stations clean, organised, and well presented, while helping maintain a smooth flow throughout service 

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are delivered correctly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard 

• Supporting daily setup, pack down, private functions, and special events, while following RSA, food safety, and health and safety requirements at all times 

You will bring:
 

• Previous hospitality, café, or restaurant experience is preferred, along with confidence working in a fast-paced service environment 

• A friendly, professional communication style and a genuine enjoyment of looking after people 

• The ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain strong attention to detail throughout service 

• A positive, team-first attitude, great presentation, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
