Chef de partie
EXPERIENCE:

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen. You'll own your section during prep and service, cooking to a high standard while keeping things smooth and well-paced. You'll help bring junior team members up alongside you with solid habits and quiet confidence.
We're after someone with at least two years in a similar role, real pride in consistent, quality food, and the calm to keep a busy service ticking along.

Waitstaff
EXPERIENCE:
Previous cafe experience
We're looking for a Waitstaff team member to join our front of house team. You'll welcome guests with genuine hospitality, take accurate orders, and keep service feeling warm and well-paced, working closely with the kitchen and bar to make sure every table gets a consistently great experience.
You'll also help keep the space looking its best and pitch in on the occasional private function or event.
We're after someone with hospitality experience (café or restaurant is ideal), a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to stay calm and switched-on through a busy service.
