1. ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
 

This website is operated by The Boat Shed Café & Bistro, located at Queenstown Marina, Queenstown, New Zealand. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't, that's completely fine - but please don't use the site.
 

2. BOOKINGS
 

All reservations are made through our online booking system. By completing a booking, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you accept the conditions below.
 

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
 

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if your plans change. Our current cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to accommodate future reservations.
 

For same-day changes, please call us directly - our team can help sort things quickly.
 

4. LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS
 

Reservations for eight or more guests are managed separately. Please get in touch via email to discuss availability and any specific requirements. Additional conditions may apply for large groups.
 

5. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
 

From time to time we run promotions, locals offers, or issue gift vouchers. Unless otherwise stated:
 

  • Vouchers are valid for the period specified at time of issue

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers

  • Promotional offers apply to the stated conditions only

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time

 

6. PARKING
 

Parking is available at the Queenstown Marina car park. Validation is provided with a main meal - please do not scan your EFTPOS card at the car park entry. Our team will take care of it when you dine. We do not manage the boat ramp car park and are therefore not liable for any fines you incur by parking there. 
 

7. MENU AND PRICING
 

Our menu is seasonal and subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the website or any printed materials are indicative and may vary. Current pricing is available in-venue.
 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 

All content on this website - including photography, copy, and brand assets - belongs to The Boat Shed Café & Bistro. Please don't reproduce or use it without permission.
 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always up to date. We're not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on website content.
 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
 

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
