We offer lunch all day from 8am daily.
Do you take bookings for breakfast and brunch in Queenstown?
We do accept walk-in's but we'd recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends. While we do our best to accommodate all booking seating requests, we cannot guarantee it. We recommend booking as early as possible as our deck seats are the most requested spot in the house for the view across Lake Whakatipu. We also have a large conservatory with lake views, as well as a cosy nook by the fire. Book a table.

Yes, uninterrupted. The deck sits directly on Lake Whakatipu with an open outlook straight across to The Remarkables.

Is there parking for lunch at The Boat Shed Cafe?
FREE: We have 8 free parking spaces out the front of the cafe marked cafe parking. These tend to fill up quick, so we recommend coming earlier than your booking.
PAID: The Queenstown Marina has paid parking for $4 an hour. It is located at the start of Sugar Lane and is a 1 minute walk from the cafe.
DO NOT PARK: There is a large parking lot next to the cafe marked boat trailer parking. This is CCTV monitored and you will be instantly fined if you stop or park here. This is not owned or run by The Boat Shed Cafe, so please contact Queenstown District Council for any fine related issues.
